We are seeking a highly organized and people-focused Training and Onboarding Manager to lead the successful onboarding of new schools and users to our platform and provide training to all related stakeholders. This role is key to ensuring that clients adopt our tools effectively, feel confident using them, and are set up for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement onboarding strategies that guide new schools through setup, training, and adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment.
- Create engaging training materials (presentations, tutorials, guides, webinars).
- Facilitate live and recorded training sessions for administrators, teachers, and staff.
- Monitor onboarding metrics (adoption, engagement, satisfaction) and intervene as needed.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in onboarding, training, or customer success—preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or education.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
- Ability to simplify complex information and make tech approachable for educators.
- Passion for education and a user-first mindset.
