Job Opportunity Summary

We are seeking a seasoned application development lead with expertise in medium to high-complexity projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development teams in designing and implementing efficient solutions using Camunda.
  • Develop and maintain business process models utilizing BPMN2.0 and Camunda V7/V8.
  • Cultivate strong communication and leadership skills to drive project success.
Technical Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in application development leadership roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and modeling business processes using Camunda.
  • In-depth knowledge of Java stack (SpringBoot, Java 11+, Relational Database, Docker, Kafka).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices using Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD methodology.
  • Good understanding of Kubernetes and cloud environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with PEGA, React.JS, and NoSQL Technologies.
  • Prior involvement in Agile projects.
