This role involves managing a team responsible for Policy Admin/ Claims backend operations for Life Insurance, Annuities or Long Term Care Insurance. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in policy administration and team handling. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to meet organizational goals, communicating clear instructions, monitoring team members, and providing mentorship whenever needed. Additional duties involve building reports to update the company on the team's progress, rapport building with internal & external partners, and ensuring customer service standards are met.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum qualification of graduation in any stream, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients & internal partners. Desired qualifications include insurance knowledge, project management skills, and proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
