Transaction Advisory Services Role
">We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Transaction Advisory Services expert. This role requires close interaction with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality work and meet project requirements.
">The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of commercial and contractual implications under various contracts, specifically for Project Financing. They will also be able to develop complex financial models, analyze key business drivers, and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis.
">Key responsibilities include coordinating with transaction teams, supporting on-ground development of projects, and developing understanding of commercial and contractual implications. The ideal candidate will also have experience in interacting with client teams, responding to changing needs and priorities, and designing solutions to best address client needs.
">Furthermore, the candidate should be able to conduct research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, and competitors, analyze data, and write reports to generate Business Development opportunities. A strong understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP) working is also preferred.
">Required qualifications include a Full-Time MBA in Finance from premier B-Schools and 5+ years of relevant work experience in Project Finance/Financial Advisory only. Experience with International Banks/Investors/Corporate/Financial Advisory firms is highly desirable.
">Benefits">This position offers a competitive salary, fixed at up to 57 LPA, plus an annual performance bonus based on final grade and evaluation.
">Qualifications & Skills">Qualifications:
1. Full-Time MBA in Finance from premier B-Schools
2. 5+ years of relevant work experience in Project Finance/Financial Advisory only
3. Experience with International Banks/Investors/Corporate/Financial Advisory firms will be preferred
4. Basic understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP) working
