We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to provide exceptional customer service, guide clients through the immigration process, and ensure timely and efficient visa processing.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Conduct thorough eligibility assessments and provide clear explanations of the immigration process to clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless visa processing and meet deadlines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration regulations and policies to provide accurate advice to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and grow business revenue.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in immigration consulting or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in immigration visa processing for Canada or Australia
• Background in sales, tele-sales, or telemarketing
