Clinical Data Analyst

Seeking a skilled clinical data programmer with expertise in data extraction and transformation, data visualization, and clinical data review. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate delivery of data format and frequency.
- Data Extraction and Transformation:
- Configure data extraction and transformations across multiple data sources at the study level as defined by the Data Transfer Agreement and other specifications provided by Data Engineer.
- Extract and transform data from various sources to meet study requirements.
- Create visualizations to help stakeholders understand complex data insights.
- Review clinical data in JReview to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Automate tasks and ensure accurate delivery of data format and frequency.
- Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Assist with quality review of activities performed by a vendor and adhere to SOPs for computer system validation and GCP regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of GCP regulations and SOPs for computer system validation.
- Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Certification in data science or analytics.
- Experience working with clinical data in a pharmaceutical industry setting.
