Job Mission

The purpose of this role is to develop and execute a local marketing plan that drives customer acquisition, growth, and nurture journey aligned to the country business plan. This entails campaign development, lead management, database health, analytics, and reporting to drive top-of-the-funnel leads, marketing-qualified leads, and sales-accepted opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Align and work in partnership with the sales organization to generate pipeline to drive key business priorities supported by key marketing initiatives.
  2. Work in partnership with the central marketing team to develop campaign assets relevant for the local markets.
  3. Plan, develop, and execute co-marketing plans with key business partners to drive lead generation, demand, and pipeline. Provide co-marketing guidance, co-marketing funds, track, measure, and report.
  4. Drive awareness of the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise brand in the South Asia market via press and social media advocacy programs.
  5. Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
  6. Develop customer references in partnership with the sales organization to drive customer advocacy and referrals.
  7. Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  8. Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking, measuring, analysis, and optimization accordingly aligned with budget management.
  9. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with key stakeholders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Qualifications
  1. 5 to 8 years of work experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proven experience developing integrated marketing plans and campaigns.
  5. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  6. Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
  7. Experience with managing partners.
  8. Experience with marketing automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) will be a plus.
  9. Proficiency with content marketing, online marketing, and social media strategy.
  10. Established press and media contacts will be a plus.
