Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead our team's financial management efforts. As an Accounts/Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll compliance, and general ledger.

Additionally, you will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for senior management, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.

You will also play a key role in monitoring cash flow, investments, and forecasting, as well as leading budgeting processes and supporting departmental planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll compliance, and general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for senior management.
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and forecasting.
  • Lead budgeting processes and support departmental planning.
Accounting & Compliance:

As an Accounts/Finance Manager, you will ensure compliance with GAAP and local tax regulations, timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.), and handling of GST audits, assessments, and notices.

Furthermore, you will file income tax returns accurately and on time, manage statutory, tax audits, and respond within deadlines.

You will also understand transfer pricing compliance and documentation, file forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-3 KYC, etc.), and file returns with RBI (FLA return, FC-TRS, etc.).

Moreover, you will maintain FEMA transaction records and documentation, coordinate internal and external audits, and update accounting records accurately.

Strategic Support:

As an Accounts/Finance Manager, you will provide financial insights for strategic decision-making, collaborate on financial planning and risk management, and evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts.

Additionally, you will complete ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed.

Team Leadership:

As a leader, you will supervise and mentor accounting staff, improve financial processes and systems continuously, and train staff on financial systems and compliance requirements.

Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of a high-performing finance team that supports the organization's goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proficient in financial software (e.g. NetSuite, Tally).
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
