We are looking for Software Engineer - UX Designer experts in designing web/mobile applications to join our rapidly growing team across regions.

Responsibilities:

1. Designing and developing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking application, financial mobile & tablet apps and web applications.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
3. Participating in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
4. Breaking down design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.
5. Staying up-to-date on the latest standards, changes, trends in mobile design.
6. Creating graphic design assets such as website banners, event and exhibition booth backwall designs, marketing brochures, and other corporate branding materials.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science.
• Banking experience is preferable.
• Experience in designing web/mobile applications.
• Experience with User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.
• Experience working in an Agile, Scrum environment.
• Deep understanding of human interface design guidelines, Android design and other mobile platform designs, including material design and mobile-first concept.
• Expert level skills in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools and other relevant design tools.
• Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and AngularJS.
• Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing and branding collateral (banners, booths, brochures, social media assets) in addition to digital product design.
• Excellent understanding of technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and the ability to show relevant work.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
