Oracle Database Specialist

About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and upgrading of Oracle server software and related products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and configuration of Oracle server software
  • Monitoring application-related products such as OACore and Apache
  • Maintenance of backup and recovery policies and procedures
  • Database design and implementation
  • Database security management (users, roles, privileges)
  • 24/7 support and technical troubleshooting
  • Patch management and version control
  • Performance monitoring and tuning

This role requires a skilled Oracle DBA with experience in E-Business Suite R12.2, Supply Chain, and Financials.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Database release 12.1.0.2 through 19c
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL and Linux scripts
  • Oracle Access Manager integration with EBS and Demantra (a plus)
  • Wide knowledge of general database skills
  • Additional skills in DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle GoldenGate are a plus
