Job Title: Purview Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, implementation and adoption of Purview solutions across enterprise environments.

  • This role focuses on enabling strong data governance, security and compliance within Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Purview solutions for data governance, compliance and risk management.
  • They should be able to configure and manage DLP, insider risk management, records management and eDiscovery in Purview.
  • This includes integrating Purview with Microsoft Defender, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune and Exchange for end-to-end compliance enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess current data estate, identify compliance gaps and propose remediation strategies.
  • Support data cataloging, lineage tracking and metadata management to strengthen governance.
  • Collaborate with security, compliance and business teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation, training and adoption workshops.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Purview and its integrations.

About This Role:

This is a critical position that requires expertise in designing, implementing and managing Purview solutions.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Purview solutions for data governance, compliance and risk management.
