Contract Management Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, working closely with business teams to ensure smooth and compliant execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Facilitate timely execution of contracts, coordinating necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Manage the entire contract process from initial draft to renewal or termination.
  • Develop and maintain an organized contract repository for accurate records and easy accessibility.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in contract management, legal drafting, or corporate advisory (non-litigation).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure with composure and professionalism.
    • Strong decision-making ability, prioritizing organizational objectives.
    • Reliable, dependable, and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
