Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to drive the strategic vision of our product and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow and enhance it.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech, and a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope.
  • Collaborate with product management, development teams, and business stakeholders to drive product growth strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Utilize data analytics to understand product performance, user behavior, and market trends.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech.
  • Proven experience in building, and managing teams across multiple functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a product from inception to market success.
  • Technical Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of backend development and hands-on experience with NodeJS.
