Job Opportunity:

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team. As a senior developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, highly available, scalable, and secure web services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor junior engineers, demonstrating technical expertise and solving complex or uncharted technical problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and innovations to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical experience in the financial services industry preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in programming languages such as React, Redux, GraphQL.
  • Experience building, deploying applications using CI & CD tools.
  • Cloud-based solution design, configuration, and development experience with AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Experience with messaging or event-driven systems.
  • Experience with one or more databases: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Couchbase, Cassandra, AWS DynamoDB.
  • Experience with Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker.
  • Source Control Tools – GitHub or BitBucket.
  • Understanding of SDLC/Agile methodology and ability to apply it to software development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience on React JS, Redux, GraphQL, BFF.
  • Experience building large-scale distributed systems that can handle large amounts of load.
  • Well-versed in caching techniques (Redis, Hazlecast, Aerospike).
  • Feature toggle and Adobe Analytics knowledge.
