Job Title: Senior Plant Engineering Director

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage large multidiscipline projects, handle a team of over 300 resources, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities include leading the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and budget compliance.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in plant engineering with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of engineers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate project risks, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, allocating resources effectively and promoting career growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
  • Ensure all engineering processes meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, optimizing resource utilization and adhering to financial targets.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes, striving for efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced quality.
