Business Valuation Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Associate Director of Business Valuation. This position requires expertise in complex financial instruments, including convertible securities, derivatives, earn-outs, and other advanced financial products.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing client relationships, leveraging their networks to sell firm solutions, and contributing thought leadership in practice areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate complex financial instruments and provide expert advice to clients
  • Maintain effective sales and marketing processes
  • Nurture referral networks and collaborate with peers
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives
  • Serve as primary advisor to clients and manage engagement teams
  • Train and mentor junior professionals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative Field (Math, Financial Mathematics, or related area of study)
  • Professional Certifications: ABV/CPA, ASA, or CFA
  • Experience with option pricing models, Monte Carlo simulations, and binomial models
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as MatLab, R, and Bloomberg
  • Practice development and management, marketing, and thought leadership skills
  • Client relationship management and leverage skills
