As a senior analyst, you will be responsible for managing the activity dashboard and ensuring the appropriate allocation of tasks among team members. You will also monitor various requests coming through different communication channels and effectively allocate ad-hoc activities among other team members.
The ideal candidate should have around three to five years of post-qualification experience in consolidation of financial statements as per IFRS and should have handled related reporting.
You will lead project initiatives across support areas, including corporate accounting, consolidation based on IFRS, and statutory reporting.
Additionally, you will review results of transaction reconciliations in the areas of Intercompany, control accounts, Bank, and others.
Technical skills required include good working knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Power point, with VBA programming knowledge being an added advantage.
Good written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills are also essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the activity dashboard with respect to various group activities (like journal postings, reconciliations, proofs)
- Constantly monitoring various requests coming through different communication channels (mailboxes or team channels) to the team
- Reviewing various reconciliation results, regular reports, and ad-hoc requests prepared by team on day-to-day basis
- Generating regular as well as ad-hoc analysis/reports based on client/team requests
- Improving the current set of reports, and proactively working with team/other counterparts to add value on a consistent basis
Requirements include a valid passport and willingness to work from Infosys office in Bangalore. Immediate joiners would be preferred.
