About the Role


We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales and Marketing Professional to promote our safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment's to potential customers in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. This full-time position requires minimal experience and offers opportunities for growth and development.


Key Responsibilities



  • Contact potential customers through cold calling, online advertising, social media marketing, and other strategies to effectively market our products.
  • Promote and market our safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment's to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide information about our products, addressing customer concerns and providing suitable solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers and achieve sales targets.

Requirements



  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service management skills.
  • Ability to engage potential customers and effectively market products and goods.
  • Experience in online advertising, cold calling, and social media marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment's is preferred.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits


We offer a competitive estimated salary of ₹30,000 per month, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
