Key Responsibilities- Develop expressive illustrations: characters, icons, scenes, editorial art, UI assets, and campaign visuals that align with the brand tone and product goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual style consistency, style adherence, and high-quality outputs.
- Iterate artwork based on feedback and design needs; maintain style guides, colour palettes, and illustration assets for seamless cross-functional use.
- Deliver timely results while managing multiple illustration projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Illustration, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years crafting high-quality 2D illustrations in-house or agency settings, delivering across digital media.
- Portfolio: Showcase strong portfolio samples of character art, icons, editorial illustrations, and UI/UX visuals.
- Software Mastery: Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate (or similar), with knowledge of vector and raster workflows.
- Artistic Foundations: Strong grasp of composition, colour theory, silhouette, visual storytelling, and adaptability across styles.
- Technical Awareness: Understanding of file formats, resolution requirements, cross-platform usage (web, mobile, print).
- Exceptional attention to detail, consistency, and visual polish.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and articulating visual decisions.
- Strong time-management—able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
