Job Title: Store Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day inventory operations, including processing Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and Goods Issue (GI) transactions in SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management & Stock Control:
    • Manage receiving, storing, and issuing of stock to ensure accurate inventory levels.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of stock movements and reconcile discrepancies.
    • Conduct regular physical stock verification to identify any variances.
  • SAP Transactions & Documentation:
    • Process GRN and GI transactions for received materials in SAP, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
    • Maintain detailed records of stock movements in SAP and generate reports as required.
  • Stock Issuance to Kitchen:
    • Coordinate with the kitchen team to manage inventory needs and ensure timely issuance of raw materials and consumables.
    • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards for inventory management.
    • Generate and analyze inventory reports to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory/store operations, preferably in hospitality or food industry.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (GRN & GI transactions required).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
