Senior Program Manager Position

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in managing data science teams and programs of work.

 

A successful Senior Program Manager in this position must possess a strong background in strategy, engagement, and program management, specifically in the field of Data Science/AI.

 

The key responsibilities of this role include working with business stakeholders and analytics management to develop analytics programs of work that establish data science teams and deliver priority business initiatives.

 

Additionally, the candidate should have experience in creating and managing data science programs, as well as familiarity with financial services and corporate banking.

 

Key qualifications for this position include:

 

  • At least 12 years of experience in program management, preferably in Data Science or AI
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in relevant software and technologies
