Senior Associate Developer Role

We are seeking an experienced software professional to join our team as a Senior Associate Developer. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to enhance system functionality, improve user experience, and ensure data accuracy and reliability in project management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, reports, dashboards, workflows, and integrations within Tenrox and Broadcom Clarity platforms.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system solutions.
  • Customize and configure Tenrox and Clarity modules to support resource management, time tracking, project planning, financials, and portfolio management.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and data integrations between Tenrox, Clarity, and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to the applications, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Assist in planning and executing system upgrades, patches, and migrations for Tenrox and Clarity applications.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and process flows.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training/support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting, developing, or customizing Tenrox and/or Broadcom Clarity applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Tenrox time tracking, resource management, and workflow customization.
  • Proficient in Broadcom Clarity PPM configuration, reporting, and integration.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, or other database query languages for report and data extraction.
  • Experience with web services (REST/SOAP), APIs, and middleware tools for system integration.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript) used in Clarity or Tenrox customization.
  • Understanding of project and portfolio management concepts, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
