This individual will be responsible for conducting sales training for our Central Sales Team and City Sales Team.
The role involves developing training programs, creating assessment frameworks, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the sales team's effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development and Execution: Develop and execute training programs for the City and Central Counseling Teams
- Monthly Training Calendars: Create monthly training calendars for the sales team based on business priorities
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the Academic Team to create training documents and content for the larger sales organization
- Assessment and Feedback: Establish an independent assessment wing to evaluate counselors monthly and develop an assessment and feedback charter for the entire sales team
- Innovative Training Initiatives: Introduce innovative training initiatives to upskill the entire sales organization
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6-9 years of experience in inside sales AND at least 4 years in sales training
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and orator skills
- Training and Coaching: Proven ability to train and coach individuals on sales fundamentals and skills
- Strategic and Tactical Thinking: Ability to think both strategically and tactically to address training needs
- Collaboration: Highly collaborative with the ability to multitask in a complex environment
- People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
