Digital Product Design Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Design Strategist to join Zoop.
Digital Product Design StrategistThis role requires a highly collaborative individual to partner with stakeholders such as Senior Management, Development, Business, and Market Research individuals to ensure a focused and engaging customer experience at every digital touchpoint.
The ideal candidate will have superior knowledge of information architecture, user-centered design, best practices, and the latest creative concepts.
Leveraging customer inputs and user research, you will define the product design strategy and create an experience that delivers results to both talent and investors. This includes improving customer experience, increasing literacy on digital privacy, developing accessible solutions, and building for international growth.
Responsibilities:- Create concepts and elegant interface designs tailored for different kinds of users.
- Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications.
- Design interfaces that reduce friction during the customer journey.
- Deliver customer and end-user-centered user experiences that build and enhance our brand and customer affinity with attention to detail.
- Guide the team in terms of UX and UI best practices and ensure design quality, across all design competencies.
- Minimum 3 years experience working on a digital product, ideally for a fintech brand.
- Superior knowledge of information architecture, user-centered design, best practices, and the latest creative concepts.
- Impeccable design eye, attention to detail, and well-versed in using data and customer insights to influence design decisions.
- Expert in Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
- Experienced in HTML and CSS.
- Skilled at validating designs through Usability Testing and A/B Test Experimentation.
This role is open to candidates based anywhere in the world, although it would be beneficial to be located in the same timezone as New York. The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
