Operations Specialist - Area Management

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional in area operations to join our team and play a key role in managing and optimizing our operations.

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing operations related to all staff, including plumbers, electricians, and housekeeping personnel. This includes ensuring adherence to processes and compliance from onboarding until deboarding, as well as staff leave and attendance management.

Additionally, the Operations Executive will be responsible for:

  • Verifying building registries maintained by security guards
  • Maintaining records of inventory items within properties
  • Addressing incidents and queries reported by ground staff
  • Coordinating with technicians for building repair tickets
  • Submitting daily and monthly reports

Qualifications and skills required for this role include consistency in work, knowledge of maintenance and repair, and ability to travel independently to properties.

Responsibilities:

  1. Staff Management: Manage operations related to all staff, ensure process adherence, compliance, staff leave & attendance management, notice for resignations etc.
  2. Building Maintenance: Verify building registries, maintain inventory records, address incidents, coordinate with technicians, submit daily/monthly reports.

  • Consistency in work
  • Knowledge of maintenance and repair
  • Ability to travel independently to properties

Other Details:

Work week: Sunday to Thursday (8am-6pm), Saturday (8am-1pm). Week off: Friday.
