Sustainability Reporting Specialist

Job Description

This role is ideal for students or early-career professionals with a strong interest in sustainability, corporate reporting, and environmental social governance (ESG) technologies.

We are seeking a Sustainability Reporting Specialist to support the development of our ESG and sustainability reporting product. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to research frameworks, assist with reporting requirements, and contribute to building solutions for corporate compliance.

The specialist will be responsible for:

  • Research & Framework Analysis: Research and analyze ESG standards, including BRSR, GHG Protocol, GRI, CDP, and environmental health and safety (EHS) guidelines.
  • Data & Reporting Support: Assist in tracking regulatory and compliance trends in sustainability reporting, structure ESG data collection and reporting templates, and support development of greenhouse gas emission accounting workflows.
  • Product Support: Provide feedback on ESG reporting product features from a user perspective, collaborate with the product team to test and validate ESG data workflows, and prepare client-facing documentation and case studies.
  • Documentation & Communication: Prepare summaries, presentations, and insights on ESG frameworks, and support internal knowledge base creation for sustainability compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed Master's/bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (BRSR, GRI, CDP) and GHG Protocol.
  • Basic knowledge of EHS management frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace; exposure to ESG software tools is a plus.
  • Passionate about sustainability, climate action, and ESG compliance.
