**Job Role:** Visual Design Expert

**About the Position:

As a Visual Design Evaluator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of visual content data used to train AI systems.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Evaluation and Review: Conduct thorough assessments of visual design tasks and outputs based on established criteria.
  • Quality Assurance: Verify that submitted data and responses align with principles of high-quality design and AI training standards.
  • Applying Design Knowledge: Leverage a deep understanding of design elements such as hierarchy, contrast, balance, proximity, alignment, repetition, and unity.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong grasp of visual design fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify nuanced visual inconsistencies and apply design theory in practical assessments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a critical, analytical eye for creative work.
  • Ability to internalize guidelines and apply them consistently across multiple tasks.

**Preferred Backgrounds:** Candidates with prior training, education, or work experience in graphic design, photography, advertising design, motion design, animation, visual effects, post-production, computer-generated imagery, or formal design education are strongly encouraged to apply.
