Senior Governance Officer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Governance Officer.
- A senior corporate governance officer is required with strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- The role involves ensuring full compliance with companies act, SEBI regulations, ROC and all applicable statutory and regulatory authorities for public limited listed companies.
- Ensure timely filing of quarterly, half-yearly and annual compliance reports as per LODR requirements.
- Prepare and file necessary forms, returns and applications with regulatory bodies.
- Liaise with stock exchanges, MCA, RTA, bankers and other regulatory authorities.
- Ensure documentation and board materials are in line with standard checklists and updated regularly.
- Review and draft agreements with directors, employees, vendors, agents and shareholders.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a listed company or 7 years of post-qualification work experience.
- Ability to work independently without guidance.
- Strong result orientation.
- CS (LLB preferred).
