Job Title: Software Configuration Lead

About the Role:
The Software Configuration Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the product delivery and integrity throughout its lifecycle. This position oversees the management of processes, resources, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in software configuration.
- Collaborate with and manage teams to perform effectively.
- Responsible for making team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for immediate teams and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git or Subversion.
- Familiarity with agile project management practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
