As an Audio Visual Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our team's success by delivering high-quality AV projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV deployment and excellent communication skills. We prefer candidates with certifications such as CTS/CTS-D, Microsoft MTR, Poly, Crestron, or Extron.

  • Gather requirements from end-users and customers for AV related projects
  • Design solutions based on the received brief and gathered requirements
  • Get business approval for AV solutions
  • Provide final designs to the Collaboration Head/Vendor Management team for quotes from vendors
  • Evaluate technical and commercial proposals from vendors
  • Coordinate downtime for project implementation once a Purchase Order is issued to the AV vendor
  • Verify drawings received from vendors, with intermediate level knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
  • Coordinate with CIS/BU Teams (Civil and MEP) for room readiness required for AV system deployment
  • Follow up with vendors for timely delivery according to the Purchase Order
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for end-to-end project coordination, follow-up, and close-out of dependencies
  • Ensure project execution meets customer satisfaction
  • Document projects extensively through lifecycles
  • Check physical installations for quality
  • Test and commission AV systems
  • Take handover from vendors with proper documents, as-built drawings, operation manuals, and equipment specifications
  • Help the Asset Management team verify delivery against the Purchase Order and provide asset tags for equipment
  • Provide handover training to the Operations Team/Customer on installed systems
  • Offer remote 1st-level support for maintenance calls
  • Visit project sites to address issues or troubleshoot if required
  • Perform periodic health checks of AV systems and provide inputs on improvements if needed
  • Conduct extensive Proof of Concepts (POCs) for latest technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience working on AV deployment projects
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and communicate effectively verbally and written
