Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to manage the operations of our graphic design & quality control team.

  • Lead a team of experienced Graphics Designers and QAs that create production ready assets for digital and print media.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and growth.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the production process for all print media materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
  • Develop and implement strategic project management plans to enhance team productivity, cost-effectiveness, and overall project success.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment on design projects and maintain open communication channels.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to guarantee accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Conduct regular sample quality checks on design outputs to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Address any design discrepancies or quality issues promptly and effectively, providing solutions to stakeholders.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Develop and implement standardized workflows and processes for print media design projects, from concept to final delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to keep the team at the forefront of design innovation and optimization.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for all design-related inquiries and requests, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Maintain effective English communication skills (written and oral) to discuss designs/design process with customers and stakeholders.

Team Management:

  • Manage and prioritize project resources, including team members and timelines, to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure cost-effective use of resources without compromising on quality, optimizing team performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.

6-7 years of experience in graphic design and print media, with extensive experience in creating promotional content.
