  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust application architectures to guarantee high availability and scalability.

  • Design and implement automation strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in incident response efforts to rapidly resolve service disruptions.
  • Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems and ensure seamless system operation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in an applicable IT field, plus 3 years of experience in design, administration, or support of one or more platforms.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Ansible for ops automation.
  • Knowledge of theories and methodologies of reliability engineering.
  • Understanding of system performance, testing, and programming.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of production applications and software engineering principles.
  • Agile development methodologies and lifecycle.

  • Master's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Experience with VMWare VDI implementations.
  • Dynatrace APM and synthetic monitoring expertise.
  • Familiarity with airline applications and infrastructure technology.
