We are seeking a results-driven professional to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and meeting revenue targets.
Main Responsibilities- Business Growth:
- Identify new business opportunities within target industries and markets.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and placement goals.
- Conduct market research, networking, and client visits to generate leads and build a pipeline.
- Client Relationships:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Build strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Revenue Generation:
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable deals.
- Track sales metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- 3+ years of experience in the staffing industry in a sales or account management role.
- Strong understanding of staffing solutions and hiring trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
