Job Role Overview

  • We are seeking a seasoned Technical Team Lead to spearhead the development of SAP BTP applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead high-performing teams in designing, building, and deploying SAP BTP applications and integrations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  2. Partner with stakeholders to plan work, allocate resources, and track milestones.
  3. Design and implement custom SAP BTP apps and integrations across SAP and non-SAP platforms.
  4. Develop secure, compliant integration patterns and solutions.
  5. Troubleshoot complex escalations and drive performance optimization.
  6. Maintain clear documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
  7. Stay up-to-date on BTP services and recommend strategic adoption.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori.
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus.
  • Experience in leading teams and driving varied initiatives.
  • Proven onsite lead experience with customer handling roles.
  • Business process knowledge in SAP/Non-SAP ERP functional areas.
  • Ability to collaborate in a global team.
