  • Support non-collection litigation-related issues
Relationship Building
  • Foster strong relationships with regulatory, statutory, police, enforcement agencies, and vendors
  • Build capability at the branch level to deal with non-collection related litigations
Process Improvement
  • Implement a process management and improvement framework
  • Ensure adherence to company culture focusing on integrity, discipline, teamwork, and care
Corporate Governance
  • Ensure strong corporate governance and regulatory compliance
  • Adhere to the management model
