\Lead Quality Specialist\

We are seeking a seasoned quality professional to oversee the management of suppliers, ensuring high-quality products meet our stringent standards.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Resolve quality-related issues for Ferrous Casting, Stamping, and Spring commodities.
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of Foundry and Press shop processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality control tools (Q-tools) to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS) at suppliers through targeted initiatives.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to coordinate audits and ensure compliance.
\Requirements:\
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile Engineering, or Production Engineering.
  • A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in supplier quality management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and self-initiative to drive results-oriented decisions.
