Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned security expert to join our organization.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust infrastructure security solutions using zScaler technology.
  • In this role, you will collaborate with offshore teams to establish effective communication and coordination.
  • You will participate in technical reviews, status updates, and issue communication with CAB.
  • Solving incident, change, and problem tickets on a daily basis is also a key responsibility.
  • This position involves working in rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations, including weekends and holidays.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4-7 years of IT network experience with strong exposure to infrastructure security and proxy technologies.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in designing and implementing zScaler solutions.
  • Ability to create test cases for validating solutions and cover various scenarios.
  • Good hands-on experience in migrating proxy solutions to zScaler solutions.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in integrating zScaler solutions with existing authentication servers using protocols like LDAP, IWA, IWA-direct, SSO, and Active Directory.
  • Experience in deploying and supporting forward proxy, explicit, and transparent web content filtering/web proxy configurations.

Competencies:

  • Advanced networking troubleshooting skills and extensive knowledge of web connectivity and protocols (WCCP, PAC files, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, FTP, Telnet, SSH, etc.)
  • Good analytical and debugging skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with SMEs, stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation, and provide on-time status.
  • Exposure to Agile methodology and ITIL framework Domain knowledge.
  • Good knowledge and experience on AD, Network, and Firewall.
