About the Job: We are looking for a skilled Global Incident Response Manager to join our IT Infrastructure team. As a Global Incident Response Manager, you will be responsible for managing major incidents end-to-end.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex and highly situational cases.
  • Clear and assertive communication with customers and management.
  • Proactive in learning and highly self-motivated.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Meet your team: You will be part of a highly qualified globally diverse team of Major Incident and Escalation Managers located in India, Germany, and Mexico.

About You:

  • Graduate or Master's Degree in Computer or Electronics, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology Systems, Computer Applications, or IT Business Systems.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience, out of which minimum 5 years in IT Infrastructure functions.
  • Experience in Performance tuning, Technical reviews, and Audits.
  • Knowledge of High Availability and Disaster Recovery Strategy.
  • Experience working in a global multi-cultural environment.
  • ITIL knowledge is desirable.
