Are you a motivated and experienced sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our team as a Geographic Sales Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales retention targets within a designated geographic area.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing and nurturing existing customer relationships, and collaborating with the sales and marketing team to create and execute sales and marketing plans.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales retention targets within the assigned geographic area.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including potential clients, projects, and partnerships.
  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create and execute sales and marketing plans, forecasting, and budgeting for the designated area.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the iron and steel industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.
