We're seeking an exceptional Architect to drive our technology strategy and vision. As a key member of our CTO office, you'll be responsible for developing a long-term technology roadmap, ensuring technical architecture aligns with business goals, and driving architectural consistency across product areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a technology vision and roadmap for responsible areas.
  • Ensure technical architecture supports business goals.
  • Drive architectural consistency across product areas.
  • Work closely with engineering teams, product management, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of architectural solutions.
  • Lead the design of scalable and secure solutions for complex business requirements.
  • Establish technology standards and ensure adherence to product standards, technology guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and practices across product and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to SAP's technology strategy through Cross-Product Architecture (CPA).

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with proven experience in leading architectural decisions and large-scale solution designs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS solutions, data architecture, and Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Strong proficiency in microservices architecture, API and event-driven systems, containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Good understanding of AI technologies, including the integration of AI/ML into enterprise systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
