About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data science group, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing innovative AI-powered solutions using cutting-edge technologies like LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI search frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows leveraging LLMs and RAG pipelines.
  • Build and manage data ingestion pipelines using Azure Blob Storage and related services.
  • Develop Agentic AI systems with triggered mechanisms and orchestration for automation.
  • Apply best practices for hallucination mitigation and model performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Generative AI architectures (RAG, AI search, Agentic AI).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem (Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI).
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
  • Ability to design solutions addressing real-world AI challenges like hallucination mitigation.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and Python programming fundamentals (dict operations, multithreading, GIL).
  • 4+ Years of experience.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with microservices and API integration for AI solutions.

Additional Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI.
