Job Title: Oracle EPM Consultant

We are hiring a highly experienced Oracle EPM/Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as an end-user, power user or administrator of leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.

  • EPM Tools Experience: Hands on experience as end-user, power user or admin of any leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools such as PBCS, EPBCS, EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • FP&A Expertise: Strong hands on exprience in Financial Planning & Analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to guide major decisions, ensure future profitability, and support strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules (Planning, PBCS etc.).
  2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data.
  3. Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops.
  5. Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.
  6. Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of EPM Experience: 3+ years of hands on experience as end user, power user or admin of any leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.
  • FP&A Knowledge: Strong understanding and hands on knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Close and reconciliation.
  • Oracle Financials: 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).
  • Reporting Tools: Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.
