Job Title: Site Supervisor cum Interior DesignerJob Overview:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in interior design, with experience in decorating spaces and consulting on renovations. They will possess expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing detailed CAD drawings and elevations.
  • Knowledge about interior elements and building structures.
  • Formulating designs that are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Photoshop, and Sketchup.
  • Well-versed in designing corporate and residential layouts, conducting site visits, measuring sites, ensuring quality of design, and timeline management.
  • Drafting layouts and paying close attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in interior designing.
  • Track record of delivering outstanding high-quality design.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehensive and extensive knowledge of materials.
  • Understanding of technical drawings.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and drafting skills.
  • Quantity assessment - proficient in MS Excel.
  • Must have knowledge of Sketchup/3DS-Max.
