We are seeking an Automobile Service Champion to join our team at 2coms. This is an excellent opportunity for male candidates to take on a challenging role in the automobile service sector.

About the Role:

  • Customer Handling: The Automobile Service Champion will be responsible for receiving customers with a smile, greeting them with politeness, courtesy, and professionalism. They will verify service requests made by customers, capture VOC, and update the system. The role requires conversational skills for telephonic and face-to-face discussions, as well as customer communication about repair updates.
  • Diagnosis: Analyze and diagnose scooters to identify the number and type of repairs applicable. Update the diagnosis report in the WMS (Getafix) and perform repairs and final inspection on the vehicle if the desired repairs are made.
  • System Handling: Track customer complaints in Zendesk and update the system on a live basis. Operate the Workshop Management System (Getafix) and ensure 100% adherence. Update operational status and ETA on a timely basis in both CRM and WMS systems. Check for scooter health in the Telematics Command Centre for deep diagnosis.
  • Technical Repairs: The Automobile Service Champion should be equipped with knowledge on OLA Scooter and be able to repair or replace all parts of the scooter. Ensure they are updated on OLA technical curricular and news bulletins on EV.
  • Process and Operational: Adhere to processes at the Experience Centre and ensure bays are clearly marked for vehicles/scooters. Invoicing and payment collections are also part of the role. Ensure bays are free from foreign materials and fit for serviceability.
  • Parts Operation: Audit inventory and ensure system and physical inventory are the same. Perform GRN and maintain inventory at the Experience Centre. Ensure warranty part reverse logistics to the Mother workshop.
  • Safety and Compliance: Wear uniform and protective gear while repairing scooters. Use protective gear and proper handling of tool kits while repairing scooters. Ensure fire-fighting equipment is in place to handle fires.

Requirements:

  • Only male candidates are eligible.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th+diploma/graduation/post-graduation (no ITI).
  • Minimum experience: at least 1 year of experience in the automobile industry in the service sector.

Benefits: Up to 19K-23K CTC including PF+ ESIC +Incentive
