About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional with expertise in investment advisory and infrastructure finance.

  • Key responsibilities:
  • Financial Feasibility Analysis
    • Conduct DCF analysis and valuations for large-scale projects
  • Financial Modeling
    • Develop and review detailed financial models to support investment and strategic decisions
  • Due Diligence and Advisory Support
    • Provide due diligence and advisory support for infrastructure, real estate, and PPP projects
  • Client Insights and Recommendations
    • Deliver high-quality insights and recommendations for clients across sectors such as real estate, transport, aviation, and social infrastructure
  • Collaboration and Deal Structuring
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to structure deals and financing strategies for complex infrastructure projects

Minimum qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Financial Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Certifications: CFA, FMVA, or AFM preferred

Experience & skills

  • Strong track record in financial feasibility, discounted cash flow, valuation, due diligence, and investment advisory
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling and infrastructure finance
  • Experience in PPP and aviation projects (airports) is a plus
