Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Order To Cash Functional Analyst to join our Sales Fulfillment Product team in Bangalore, India. This role will focus on implementing and supporting SAP projects based on S/4 HANA technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead O2C strategy transformational activities and drive process standardization and improvements.
  • Have experience on SAP Contracts, SAP Pricing, SAP billing, SAP Accounts Receivable, MM, ATP, aATP, overall Sales Order Management.
  • Responsible for delivery, reporting, and enhancement of end-to-end Sales Order Management.
  • Ensure seamless engagement and interaction with procurement, commercial, corporate, and finance stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate deep functional Finance expertise.
  • Experience in designing the global standard processes of Sales Fulfillment end to end.
  • Responsible for service delivery that drives effective invoice processing, prompt payment to Suppliers, and issue resolution.
  • Provide end-to-end proactive monitoring and management of transactional pipeline to ensure workload prioritization drives better user experience and on-time payment to suppliers.

Requirements

  • 12-16 years of overall SAP experience in finance and accounting, with 8 years of relevant experience in Order To Cash (O2C).
  • Minimum 2-3 implementation projects and minimum 1 E2E implementation project.
  • Excellent understanding of O2C process design, ERP, and related systems and controls, including transactional accounting processes.
  • Integration experience with SAP and non-SAP external systems, finance, and controlling areas, invoicing, etc.
  • Sound knowledge of finance and purchasing integration with other modules of SAP.
  • Exposure to usage of SAP Solution Manager.
  • Minimum one certification in finance or S/4 HANA is mandatory.
