Accounts Receivable Specialist

A dynamic and results-driven individual is sought to fill the role of Accounts Receivable Specialist. This exciting opportunity involves working with a team of professionals to ensure seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and send invoices to customers in accordance with U.S. GAAP standards, maintaining accurate records of all A/R transactions.
  • Monitor accounts to guarantee timely collection of outstanding balances, reconciling discrepancies and resolving billing issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding payments, using analytical skills to gather and organize information.
  • Maintain accurate records of all A/R transactions, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP regulations.
  • Review and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP, preparing and processing payments to vendors as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong active listening and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Ability to work independently, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
