Our ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed engineering plans for land development projects.
They should possess a solid understanding of AutoCAD and excellent design skills to create high-quality visual aids.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs.
- Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantity, Project Estimate, Tender Documents, and Specifications based on Drawing.
- Conduct thorough onsite checks as per Drawing, monitor Site Progress Physically and Financially, assess Quality of Material & Workmanship.
- Submit Daily Reports, Communicate effectively with Clients and Site Engineers.
- Verify Drawing accuracy with Architecture and other technical aspects.
- Prepare Weekly / Monthly Reports and Present them effectively.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and English language.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Valid Two-wheeler license required.
This position demands a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering and relevant experience. Freshers can also apply.
