Job Title: System Administrator - SCCM & Intune

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires a skilled system administrator with expertise in Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment of software and hardware, and providing exceptional support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain SCCM and Intune environments, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement effective software distribution strategies to ensure timely deployment of applications and updates.
  • Design and deploy medium to large-scale SCCM environments, including single-tier and multi-tier sites.
  • Develop custom deployment scripts using VBS, batch, and other tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Patch management: handle testing and release of applications and patches using SCCM, ensuring all managed devices are secure and up-to-date.
  • Inventory management: gather inventory from clients using custom scripts and tools, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Mastery of SCCM 2016, including application and package creation, import, and management.
  • Deep knowledge of Windows 10 imaging technology, including Windows Hello for Business, BitLocker provisioning, and Edge management.
  • Experience with adjacent Microsoft services integrated into the SCCM console, such as Office365, Adobe, and other 3rd party catalogs/updates.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
