Job Title: SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting Lead

About the Position

We seek a seasoned IT professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP FI S/4HANA accounting solutions. As the primary contact, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and ensure solution delivery aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP FI S/4HANA accounting principles and practices.
  • Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality accounting solutions.
  • Take ownership of team decisions and project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key business and technical decisions.
  • Develop solutions to complex business and technical challenges across teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA accounting principles and practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with integration of SAP FI with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and data analysis techniques.

This position requires minimum 5 years of strong experience in SAP FI S/4HANA accounting, a full-time education of 15 years is preferred, and this role is based in Bengaluru.
